CANCELLATION POLICY
We know that sometimes plans can change. To help us organize our schedule well, we have these cancellation rules:

Cancellation: Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellation: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or don't show up at all, a fee of 40% of the price may apply.

Come too late: If you notice that you will be late, please let us know in advance. We may then have to shorten your time so as not to delay other customers.

Emergencies: Of course, we understand that sometimes emergencies happen. In such cases we make exceptions.

payment: If a fee applies, it will be charged to your credit card or must be paid before the next booking.
